he improvement and development of modern cities need to be maintained by complete relief and rescue mechanism as well as excellent public safety quality, and fire-fighting is a crucial link of it. With the spirits of “activeness, enthusiasm, service”, Keelung fire-fighting bureau provides services of “fire prevention”, “disaster relief”, “emergency rescue” and “civil service”, hoping that every civil has a safe living environment. In terms of future work points and visions, they are constructing complete disaster prevention system, enforcing disaster prevention and relief abilities, improving first aid quality, implementing fire-fighting information, which require staff's highly awareness of fire-fighting and active behaviors.
